Personal, Official, Work, Task or Location related. This data is collected with the consent of the Customer. Some other data may also be collected from information shared on email or mobile devices. Information provided would be used for all the purposes disclosed during collection or for,

  1. Processes or systems approved by your employer.
  2. Auditing and aggregating usage patterns, trends and other statistics.
  3. Develop test cases, thus asked by your Employer (Legal Entity).
  4. Render support on your request and respond to your inquiries.
  5. Send administrative information.
  6. Prevent, detect and mitigate fraudulent or illegal activities.

3.2    Rights to “Opt-in”/ “Opt-out”

If at any time after your registration, your personal information changes or you choose to opt-out, you can send your employer a request specifying your updated information or your new opinions. Further, if your employer chooses to make any changes they could either request us or undertake the activity themselves. You can also send us a request to support@workrig.com or write to us at contact information listed below, with more details however marking your emails to your employer’s HR or Admin.

3.3    Data Processing

Any information collected via our software interfaces, including Mobile Applications uploaded to Android and Apple Store, third party devices such as Biometric Devices, third party applications such as ERP systems, or any other source, could be used for processing  within our servers. This though is based on consent or SLA’s signed with your customer. By choosing to connect or browse over our software web pages, mobile devices, connected devices, you consent with processing of your data, as per the policies set forth by your employer. These policies are administered by your employer, therefore questions pertaining to processing need to be raised with your HR/ Admin, however can be marked to us to support@workrig.com

4.     Security

We use commercially reasonable and industry-standard technical, physical and management safeguards to preserve the security and integrity of your Personal Information. However, the security of information transmitted through the Internet cannot be guaranteed, in such cases we accept no liability for disclosure of your information due to unauthorized acts or errors by third parties while or post transmission. In the unlikely event that the security of your Personal Information in our possession or control has been compromised, we will notify immediately to you by e-mail or as otherwise required by applicable law and may suspend your use of the website or software and its access, without notice and pending an investigation, if any breach is suspected. Access to security or password protected areas is restricted to authorized users only, unauthorized access to such areas is prohibited and may lead to criminal prosecution.

Customer & User Data is considered extremely sensitive at Workrig, There are various measures that are taken to ensure the highest standards of security measures are implemented, when dealing with such data.

5.     Third Party Websites and Application

Our websites may contain link to application and websites owned and operated by third parties. Such links are present for your convenience of information. Please note that Workrig does not own control over these third party websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Our company does not own control of the information collected and distributed or any of such polices on these websites other than those that are our under our privacy conditions. Third parties may also set their own cookies or use web beacons which may be used to identify some of your preferences or to recognize you if you have previously contacted them. Hence, we recommend you to direct your concerns regarding any such queries to respective administrators. Moreover, information collected by Workrig through any third party application are used solely for the intended purposes but are still governed by the provider’s policies.

Workrig does not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information collected through its websites or through third parties application links for their sole promotional purposes or as otherwise outlined in this Privacy Statement.
